Check-In Procedure

  1. Arrival Location: All participants must check in at the South end of Ocean Avenue. Look for our staff wearing official event badges.

  2. Name Confirmation: Please provide your name to the staff at check-in.

Parking Instructions

  1. Escorted Parking: After check-in, a staff member will escort you to your designated parking spot.

  2. Guidance Assistance: Our team will help guide you into your spot to ensure proper positioning for the event.

Post-Parking

  1. Head to Meuse Gallery: Once you’ve parked, head to Meuse Gallery to check in and take a moment to enjoy a quick break before the show officially begins at 11:00 AM.

  2. Gift Bags: Be sure to check in with our Staff and get your Gift Bag! Inside the gift bag you’ll find: 2 Lanyards, a Commemorative Plaque, Simon Bull themed Journal, etc.

If you need anything, please let one of the staff at Meuse Gallery know.

  • The gallery will provide water and some seats to relax while the other participants arrive.

  • We are happy to provide the gallery’s restroom to the show participants.

  • With the purchase of any of Simon Bull’s Car Paintings, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation! Ask our Gallery Staff for more information.

Enjoy Carmel and the other Aston Martins on display down Ocean Avenue!

During this time our Judges will walk the rows of Cars and pick their favorites to win:

  • The Grand Elegance Award – For the Aston Martin that best embodies the spirit of Astons On The Avenue.

  • Timeless Beauty Award – Recognizing the Aston Martin that has aged with the most grace, showcasing enduring design and impeccable preservation.

  • The Contemporary Excellence Award - Recognizing the most exceptional modern Aston Martin, showcasing cutting-edge technology, design, and performance that continue the brand’s legacy in the present day.

  • Best in Bespoke – Awarded to the car with the most unique and personalized specifications, from one-of-a-kind interiors to tailor-made paintwork.

  • Bond’s Choice – A nod to the legendary 007, this award goes to the car that exudes the most cinematic presence and espionage-worthy style.

  • Ocean Avenue Showstopper (The People’s Choice Award) – Given to the Aston Martin that commands the most attention and admiration from spectators and enthusiasts alike.

Winners of these 6 categories will receive an award and automatically gain entry into next year’s Aston’s On The Avenue!

Across the street from Meuse Gallery, join us at Il Fornio for our Private VIP Lounge. Featuring a catered lunch with drinks and light bites. We will present the awards for the different categories while enjoying the view of the Ocean and your Aston Martin!

You and your +1 will need your Lanyards in order to gain entry to the Lounge.

2:00pm - 3:00pm

Awards Ceremony

Join us as we award the winners of our 6 categories! Each winner will receive a trophy and Free Registration to Astons On The Avenue 2026!

The ceremony will take place at Il Fornio located across the street from Meuse Gallery.

3:00pm - 4:00pm

Load Out

Event Wrap-Up

  1. Show End Time: The event officially concludes at 3:00 PM. Please remain in place until this time to allow for an orderly departure.

Load-Out Procedure

  1. Wait for Staff Instructions: Our team will guide the load-out process. Wait for a staff member to signal you before moving your vehicle to avoid congestion.

  2. Exit Order: Cars will exit in a staggered order. A staff member will direct you when it’s your turn to leave your parking spot.

  3. Escort Assistance: Staff will help guide you out of your parking spot and onto Ocean Avenue. Please proceed with caution and follow their instructions closely.

Safety Reminders

  1. Pedestrian Awareness: Be mindful of pedestrians and other vehicles during load-out. Move slowly and with care.

  2. Event Materials: Ensure you’ve collected all personal belongings and any event materials from your vehicle space before departure.

Post-Event

  1. Contact Information: If you experience any issues during load-out, please locate a staff member or contact us at the number provided in your event packet.
